Panic and concern have gripped the Bhatnapaiti Char area under the Chenga constituency following the mysterious disappearance of a 32-year-old man.

The missing person, named Sohor Ali, son of Aijuddin, is originally a resident of Satarkanara, Barpeta. He has been residing permanently at Bhatnapaiti Char in Barpeta for nearly the past 10 years.

According to his family, Sohor Ali has been missing from his home for around one month. Despite extensive searches and efforts by family members to trace him, there has been no information about his whereabouts so far.

He has been married for around 12 years and has a seven-year-old daughter. His sudden disappearance has left the family in distress, with relatives continuing their search for him, as he is the sole earner of his family.
